Looser

a winner is a lion
a winner takes the lot
and leaves with al his gains
and leaves the lot

a winner catches fire
a winner takes the train
and sets out for a change and other gains

a loser stays behind
a looser search the floor
for just a stain of the all the gain
that just went out the door

and sometimes there is price
and most times there’s is none
and then you wait another round
for one more gain to come
right before you
through your hands

A loser takes a mirror
and looks at what he’s got
compares with others wealth
that he has not

a looser loose control
don’t know which way to go
and hangs around and waits for things to show

a winner will define
what’s right today and next time
and you wont know and you wont find
until you cross the line

and sometimes there is price
and most times there’s is none
and then you wait another round
for one more gain to come
right before you
in your hands
